"HUD Friday" Price Reductions
HUD annouces new listings and price reductions on Friday hence the term “HUD Friday.”
There are two properties with price reductions.
- Modular on San Carlos in Sierra Vista reduced $12,000; new price $96,000.
- Modular on Danny Lane in Sierra Vista reduced $7,500; new price $67,500.
