
Butterfield Overland Stage Days Poster
Activity is picking up as we near Butterfield weekend. I will be at Lion’s Park most of Friday helping to set up. I hope those of you close by will visit us sometime over the weekend and look me up… I’ll be wearing my Chamber Badge.

The historic Butterfield Overland Express Route ran from St. Louis to San Francisco carrying mail and passengers. A part of the Benson celebration is the transfer of mail from Benson to Dragoon by the Pony Express.
