REALTOR.org is reporting on a Zillow.com (an online real estate research firm) analysis that shows home values stabilizing. It is estimated that in 2008, home values fell by $3.6 trillion across the U.S. while in the 1st 11 months of this year the value fell by $489 billion.

Zillow provides a list of markets that are exhibiting home price increases. Number 5 on the list for home value decreases is Phoenix. Read the REALTOR.org article here.

TORNADO!

An extremely rare event in Cochise County. A cold air funnel did touch the ground so the Weather Service called it a tornado. You can see a video clip of a news cast on Channel 13, KOLD-TV, Tucson here discussing a cold air funnel and a still photo.
